I2A and Landi Rodrigues advise on Kinea fund IPO
I2A Advogados and Landi Rodrigues Advogados acted on the IPO of quotas from a new credit rights investment fund managed by Kinea Investimentos and coordinated by Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira as the sole bookrunner of the public offering, pursuant to CVM Resolution 160.
The Fund, named Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios Kinea Crédito Estruturado Responsabilidade Limitada, was constituted with the purpose of investing, mainly, in credit rights, under the terms of brazilian legislation, as well as providing its investors with a target return that seeks to follow the variation of 100% of the “Taxa DI” (Taxa de Depósito Interbancário), plus a spread of 5% per year.
The 1st issuance successfully raised BRL 624,992,800.00, and was closed in June 2025.
