i2a and Pinheiro Neto advise Patria on acquisition of Genial’s FIIs

i2a Advogados and Pinheiro Neto advised management company Patria Investimentos on the acquisition of six FIIs from Genial Investimentos, which adds around BRL 2.5 billion to the company’s assets under management.

Of the total assets of Genial’s funds, BRL 1.7 billion is in MALL11, focused on shopping centers. Patria’s move is part of a series of acquisitions made in the last two years to grow FIIs.
