i2a and Stocche Forbes advise on Kinea FII offer
i2a advised the issuer, Stocche Forbes Advogados advised the underwriter, on a public offering of the sixth issuance of shares by Kinea Securities Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, a Brazilian real estate investment fund managed by Kinea Investimentos. The transaction, involved a total amount of BRL 358,912,766.70 and falls within the real estate sector.
On the issuer’s side, Kinea Securities Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário and Kinea Investimentos were represented by i2a Advogados, with the team led by partners Ronaldo Ishikawa and Felipe Canoas, together with associates Laís Dal Maso and Rafaela Vidal Codogno.
