i2a assists VBI Real Estate in purchase of Bari Asset
i2a Advogados has assisted VBI Real Estate in the acquisition of all the shares of Bari Asset, asset manager of the Barigui Group. Bari Asset was advised by Lefosse Advogados.
The closing of the transaction is still subject to some conditions common to this type of operations, such as the approval of the Administrative Council of Economic Defence (Cade), the Brazilian antitrust authority.
According to data disclosed by Bari Asset, the Barigui Rendimentos I FII Investment Fund has, under management, an asset value of BRL 450 million.
