Innocenti Advogados renews its governance with new directorships

In its 40th anniversary year, Innocenti Advogados is renewing its governance by creating two new departments: people management and business.

Daniela Barreiro Barbosa (pictured left), a partner in the administrative Law area, will coordinate actions aimed at optimizing internal work and supporting the development of the firm’s professionals. Cinthia Benvenuto (pictured right), a partner in the tax area, will be responsible for structuring ongoing business and coordinating the corporate client base, focusing on the demands of a constantly changing market.

The two new managing partners will also continue to coordinate their respective areas. Corporate governance is a constant concern of the firm, which already has several thematic committees, from inclusion and diversity to technological issues, guaranteeing efficiency and a good organizational climate.
