IW Melcheds announces two new partners

IW Melcheds Advogados announced the addition of two new partners: Karina Sasaki (pictured left), who will join the Labor and Social Security Law practice, and Vinícius Matarazzo (pictured right), who will serve as a partner in the Capital Markets, Banking, and Investment Funds practice.

Karina Sasaki holds a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Procedure from PUC-SP. She has built her career advising large companies in sectors such as infrastructure, automotive, metallurgy, mining, life sciences, healthcare, and construction. She works in both litigation and corporate labor advisory services, in addition to having experience in Social Security Law. She is a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) and has been recognized by specialized publications.

Vinícius Matarazzo holds a law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and an LLM from the University of Chicago. Vinícius has solid experience in structuring transactions such as CRI and CRA issuances, commercial notes, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investments. He serves as a mentor for the Business Law League (LDE) at IBMEC.
