Jara Del Favero Abogados has advised Antofagasta plc, parent company of Antofagasta Minerals, on its third bond issue in the New York market for USD $750 million, maturing in 2030, 2032 and 2034.
The proceeds will be used both for general purposes and to realise the expansion of Minera Centinela.
