Jones Day acts for banks in $175m Banco Actinver loan

Jones Day has acted as counsel to a group of banks regarding a $175 million credir agreement for Banco Actinver in Mexico.

antonio franck of jones dayThe banks are Banco Sabadell, Institución de Banca Múltiple‎, which acted as administrative agent, and other lenders.

Grupo Financiero Actinver is acting solely and exclusively as trustee for the development of two hotels to be operated as ‎all-inclusive resorts  ‎under the Live Aqua and Fiesta Americana brands near Tulum in Mexico’s Quintana Roo state.


The Jones Day team was led by Antonio Franck (pictured) and included Adolfo Osorio and Diego Noriega, all of whom are based in the law firm’s Mexico City office.
