Jones Day instructed on $150 million loan to ENAP Sipetrol Argentina

Citibank and BBVA retained Jones Day as counsel for a $150 million multi-draw term loan financing to ENAP Sipetrol Argentina. 

ENAP Sipetrol Argentina is the Argentinean subsidiary of the Chile´s state-owned energy company ENAP (Empresa Nacional del Petróleo)

The proceeds of the loan will be used to finance expansion of offshore oil and gas exploration and production facilities co-owned by ENAP Sipetrol and Argentinean energy company YPF.

Partners Maria Luisa Canovas and Robert da Silva Ashley led the Jones Day team of lawyers in Miami and New York which advised the banks.
