Jones Day recruits M&A and private equity partner from DLA Piper in Miami

Jones Day announced that Jackie Hodes has joined the firm’s global M&A practice group as a partner.

Hodes focuses on complex global transactions for strategic buyers and sellers, private equity fund sponsors, and family offices doing business in the US, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

“Jackie complements our strong domestic M&A and private equity team in Miami and her arrival marks another important addition in our continued growth,” said Pedro Jimenez, partner in charge of Jones Day’s Miami office.

Hodes earned her J.D. from University of Miami Law School, and her B.B.A. from Florida International University.
