Kincaid Mendes announces a new lawyer for the Litigation area
Kincaid Mendes Vianna Advogados announced Marcela Kohlbach as the new lawyer of the Litigation department.
With more than 10 years of experience in complex cases in Civil and Commercial Law, as well as contracts and arbitration, the lawyer has expertise in litigation risk analysis, having worked for 6 years as an investment risk analyst for Litigation funds.
Marcela is a professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) Law School, as well as a guest professor in post-graduation courses at UERJ and PUC-Rio. She is also a representative of the Latin American Chapter of the Young Arbitrators Forum – International Chamber of Commerce (YAF ICC) and Regional Coordinator of Cbar in Rio de Janeiro.
