With 20 years of experience, Fernanda has a strong specialization in the shipping and oil & gas areas, advising mainly on business structuring for service companies (national and foreign), which operate or wish to operate in Brazil, providing assistance on the national market (legal opinions and memoranda), in order to operationalize the development of the clients’ interests in Brazil.
