KLA adds partner in litigation and arbitration
KLA has appointed Antonio Nachif as a new partner in its Dispute Resolution: Litigation and Arbitration practice, reinforcing the firm’s capacity in civil disputes, arbitration, and corporate restructuring.
Nachif joins partners Tiago Cortez, Taísa Oliveira, and Flávia Alterio in the Dispute Resolution and Corporate Recovery team. His practice covers judicial disputes and arbitration proceedings, as well as creditor representation in restructuring and insolvency matters. He also advises on strategic preventive consulting, including contractual claims management.
Over a 20-year career, Nachif has handled litigation involving commercial contracts, civil liability, M&A, corporate matters, credit recovery, and insolvency, with particular expertise in renewable energy projects and construction.
Nachif holds an LL.M from King’s College London and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Civil Law, having also completed a master’s degree in Civil Procedure at USP. During his time in London, he worked as a visiting attorney at WilmerHale, focusing on international arbitration. He is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the M&A and Corporate Restructuring Committee of the Business Mediation and Arbitration Chamber (CAMARB).
