KLA advises on the acquisition of Erea’s stake by Niche Partners
KLA Advogados advised Erea Consultoria e Participações on the sale of minority stakes to private investors, partners of Niche Partners (a company from the same group as Tarpon Capital).
Erea is a Brazilian consulting firm focused on structuring real estate operations and ventures, providing technical, commercial and economic valuation support to its clients.
The transaction will give Erea access to Niche’s technological expertise, as well as access to additional markets to broaden its client portfolio.
KLA assisted Erea and relied on partners Mariana Cortez and Mario Fioratti, lawyers Eduardo Bouwman and Leticia Grilo.
