KLA advises on TRN Feeder C25 FII offering

KLA advised Banco Daycoval, acting as fiduciary administrator, and Troon Capital, acting as manager, on the structuring of the TRN Feeder C25 Real Estate Investment Fund (FII) and its public offering of quotas. The offering, still in distribution, seeks to raise up to BRL50 million, with the possibility of partial distribution.

The transaction involves the creation of a real estate investment fund structured as a feeder fund, designed to generate income and capital appreciation through the allocation of resources into real estate assets, mainly through the acquisition of quotas in the C25 Oxigênio Development Real Estate Investment Fund.

The operation was led by partner Livia Siviero Huh, from the Capital Markets and Real Estate Business practice, with the participation of lawyers Valnan Claret and Danielly Ribeiro.
