KLA and VPBG advises on the acquisition of Flexdoc by Valid
KLA Advogados advised Valid Soluções on the acquisition of Flexdoc Tecnologia da Informação, which was advised by Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados.
Valid, a publicly traded company with operations in Brazil, USA, Europe and over, established for over 65 years and currently the fifth-largest supplier of SIM cards globally and the largest issuer of documents in Brazil, whose clients are in the financial, technology and other sectors, further strengthened its presence in Digital ID by acquiring Flexdoc, a Brazilian company whose clients currently includes two out of the four biggest client databases, with more than 50 million transactions and 500 million managed documents.
