KLA assists Alexia Ventures on the equity round of Pilar Homes

KLA assisted Alexia Ventures, a São Paulo-based venture capital firm specializing in early-stage investments, on the Series A equity round of Pilar Homes, a Brazilian real estate platform specializing in high-end residential properties, primarily in São Paulo.

KLA has assisted Alexia Ventures with respect to the Brazilian legal matters involved in this equity round, including assistance in the legal due diligence of Pilar Homes and relied on partners Karin Alvo (pictured left) and Laura Cossi (pictured right), and associate Beatriz Moura.
