Kuri Breña steers Consubanco notes issuance
Mexican law firm Kuri Breña Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar has acted for Consubanco on a notes issuance
The issuance totalled 1 billion pesos ($47.5 million) and is part of a five-year, 7.5-billion-peso program, for which Kuri Breña also acted as legal counsel. The notes were issued on Mexico’s new stock exchange, the Bolsa Institucional de Valores.
The issuance was rated ‘A-‘ by Fitch and ‘A’ by HR Ratings.
Bursamétrica acted as placement agent and Monex acted as common representative of the noteholders.
