L.O. Baptista announces the arrival of two new partners

L.O. Baptista has just announced the arrival of two new partners: Felipe Kfuri (pictured left), who joins the Infrastructure and Energy practices, and Vladimir Miranda Abreu (pictured right), who will contribute to the expansion of the real estate and agribusiness practices.

With extensive experience, Felipe Kfuri has advised Brazilian and international companies on major projects involving power generation and trading, infrastructure concessions, urban mobility, mining, and solid waste management. In recent years, he led his own law firm and served as general counsel for companies in the energy and waste sectors.

Vladimir Miranda Abreu has a broad practice in Real Estate and Agribusiness transactions, including operations involving forest assets and agro-industrial ventures. He has also developed a recognized practice in climate change and carbon markets. A former partner at major law firms, he also worked as a foreign associate at Milbank in New York.
