Larrain advises Reden on a development loan

Larrain y Asociados has counselled Reden Development Chile on $80m loan

Larrain y Asociados advised Reden Development Chile throughout the process of fundraising $80 million from Natixis, New York branch for the construction and development of solar photovoltaic projects.

Reden will develop a combined capacity, with PMGD characteristics, of approximately 100MW once they are fully built and operational.

Larrain team was led by partner Cristóbal Morandé (pictured), and involved associates Diego Garay, Michelle Inzunza and Teresita Vinagre. Clifford Chance US also assited Reden on the operation.

Naitix was assisted by Milbank New York and Garrigues Chile.
