Larrain y Asociados has steered Inmobiliaria Rentas Inmobiliarias Beta on Inmobiliaria GSI I purchase

Larrain y Asociados advised Inmobiliaria Rentas Inmobiliarias Beta S.A., a subsidiary of Fondo de Inversión Banchile Rentas Inmobiliarias I, in the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Inmobiliaria GSI I SpA, owned by Fondo de Inversión Privado GSI I.

Inmobiliaria GSI I SpA is the owner of several properties in which retail fuel distribution stations (service stations) are built and operated.

Larrain y Asociados counselled Inmobiliaria Rentas Inmobiliarias Beta S.A with a team led by partner Cristóbal Morandé (pictured), and involved associates José Spoerer e Iván Díaz.

Inmobiliaria GSI I SpA was advised by Villarino e Ilharreborde, a team who included partners Cristóbal Villarino H. and Juan Andrés Ilharreborde and assocuate Santiago Villarino F.
