Larrain and Bofill advise Ifacal on acquisition of stake in Tritec Intervento

Larrain y Asociados and Bofill Escobar Silva have assisted Icafal Inversiones in the purchase of a stake in Tritec Intervento

 Larrain y Asociados, together with Bofill Escobar Silva, has advised Icafal Inversiones in the process of acquiring a stake in Tritec Intervento, a key player in the construction industry of renewable energy projects and green solutions in Chile.

This transaction was signed on 11 March, and its closing remains subject to certain conditions customary for these operations. The advice included the due diligence process and the drafting, negotiation and signing of the transaction documents.

Antonio Silva and Daniela Nogales acted as in-house counsel for Tritec-Intervento, while Juan Andrés Larrondo of Honorato Delaveau acted as external counsel for the same company.

Bofill Escobar Silva’s team included partner Loreto Silva (pictured left) alongside associate Ignacio Cantillana (pictured top right).
