Larrain on closing of $14m Valle Grande project financing
Larrain y Asociados has advised Banco Security in the structuring, negotiation and closing of a project financing granted to Centro de Negocios Valle Grande for an amount of approximately US$14,000,000.
This transaction was closed on 11 July and will allow the construction and start-up of a logistics and warehousing centre located in the Metropolitan Region. The financial transaction contemplated a series of usual safeguards and guarantees for this kind of operations.
The in-house advisors involved in this transaction were Paluska Solar and Rodolfo Bennewitz for Banco Security, and a team led by María Camila Silva for Centro de Negocios Valle Grande.
