Larrain represents Banco de Chile in financing with Wa pisa
Larrain y Asociados has represented Banco de Chile in a Financing Opening Agreement entered into with Wa pisa Shipping Company Inc. as debtor, in which a non-revolving credit line was opened for a capital of up to US$48,750,000.
This operation, closed on August 1, is intended to finance the construction and start-up costs of a tourism vessel named “Magellan Discoverer”.
Vial y Compañía also acted as advisor in the transaction.
Larrain y Asociados’ team included partner Patricio Montes (pictured), and associates Ana María Sepúlveda and Valentina Ravera.
