Larrain represents Banco Security in refinancing to Presidente Riesco
Larrain y Asociados has represented Banco Security in the structuring and documentation of a refinancing granted to Constructora e Inmobiliaria Presidente Riesco, for an amount of approximately 1,500,000 UF (USD $63,127,150).
The funds will be used to refinance certain existing loans and other costs and ordinary business of the company, related to the real estate project to be developed in a property located in Avenida Presidente Riesco, Santiago.
This transaction was closed on 22 August 2024. Abogados Del Río acted as counsel to Presidente Riesco.
