Larrain represents Kiva in financing for Liquitech
Larrain y Asociados has represented Kiva Refugee Investment Fund in a USD $2,000,000 financing round for Liquitech, an entity commercially known as Galgo and dedicated to the granting of loans for the financing of automobiles and motorcycles.
The financing, completed on November 13, was structured through a loan and guarantee agreement, subject to the laws of the State of New York, backed by a bond and co-debt subject to Chilean law and a promissory note also subject to Chilean law.
Art Requenez acted as in-house counsel to Kiva.
Alcaino Abogados advised Galgo through its team formed by partner Rodrigo Muñoz and associate Joaquín Hurtado.
Larrain’s team consisted of partner Diego Garay (pictured), and associates Ana María Sepúlveda and Pablo Figueroa.
