Larrain steers Metka EGN´s acquisition of Inversiones Fotovoltaicas
Chilean law firm Larrain y Asociados has advised Metka EGN Chile SpA on its acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares issued by Inversiones Fotovoltaicas SpA
Metka EGN Chile SpA has acquired the 100 per cent of the shares issued by Inversiones Fotovoltaicas SpA, owned by Desarrollos Fotovoltaicos de Chile S.A., Gestión Ambiental S.A. and Inversiones San Jacobo Limitada, owner of a 119 MWp greenfield photovoltaic solar project, located near the city of Arica, north of Chile.
The operation was closed on August 27.
Larrain y Asociados advised Metka EGN Chile with a team formed by partners Cristóbal Morandé (pictured left) and Pedro Zelaya (pictured right), along with associates Gonzalo Guerra y José Spoerer.
The sellers were advised by Garrigues with partner Cristóbal Fainé and associate Octavio Bofill. NDI Abogados was also legal counsel to the sellers, with its founding partner Daniel Nassar.
