Larrain y Asociados backs financing for new Fantasilandia Park in Chile

Larrain y Asociados advised Banco del Estado de Chile on the structuring, negotiation, and closing of financing for Sociedad Comercial Itahue Limitada (operator of the Fantasilandia amusement park), intended for the development and construction of a new park that will be located in the southern area of the Metropolitan Region.

Opened in 1978, Fantasilandia is the largest and most important amusement park in Chile, both in size and in the quality of its facilities. The new project will open in 2027 and spans 27 hectares, featuring an amusement park with around 52 rides, as well as a water park that will include a wave pool, lazy river, and water slides.

This is an international-standard project, incorporating attractions acquired from the world’s leading manufacturers. The transaction closed successfully on November 7, 2025, for a total amount of US$30,000,000.
