Larrain y Asociados promotes 4 new partners

Isabel Palacios, Juan de Dios Ferrada, Diego Garay and Joaquín Larrain have joined the firm as partners

 Chilean law firm, Larrain y Asociados, has promoted Isabel Palacios Del Valle, Juan de Dios Ferrada Walker, Diego Garay Pérez and Joaquín Larrain Hurtado as partners.

Isabel Palacios (pictured top left), a lawyer from the Universidad de Concepción, focuses her practice on litigation, specialising in civil and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration in construction and public works concessions. She holds a Diploma in Introduction to American Law from the University of California, Davis, USA, and has been a Fulbright scholar at the University of California, Berkeley, where she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M).

Juan de Dios Ferrada (pictured top right) holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica and a Master of Laws degree, LL.M, from New York University, Fulbright Scholar. He practices in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Project Finance and Development, with particular emphasis in the areas of regulated services and natural resources.

Diego Garay (pictured bottom left) focuses his practice mainly on Project Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Law. He is a lawyer graduated from the Universidad de Chile and obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Cornell University, Ithaca, USA.

Joaquín Larrain (pictured bottom right) is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica and works in the areas of Regulated Services and Natural Resources, Electricity Law, Project Development and Finance, Commercial and Corporate Law.
