Law firms join forces to launch operations in Brazil and Portugal
Ambiel, Bonilha, Belfiore, Teixeira e Hanna Advogados is born from the merger of two law firms and expands its operations in Brazil and Portugal.
Ambiel, Belfiore e Hanna Advogados, known for its work in sports and entertainment, and Bonilha e Dias Teixeira Advogados, specializing in strategic litigation, corporate law, and consumer relations, announced the merger of their operations. The new firm will be called Ambiel, Bonilha, Belfiore, Teixeira e Hanna Advogados.
The firm will be headquartered in São Paulo and have more than 40 lawyers, operating throughout Brazil. The firm will also have a presence in Portugal, which will allow it to serve clients operating in international markets.
With the merger, Ambiel, Bonilha, Belfiore, Teixeira e Hanna Advogados intends to strengthen growing sectors in Brazil, such as gaming and betting, and maintain its presence in traditional areas such as litigation, arbitration, and corporate law. The firm also seeks to offer legal support in contractual matters, corporate reorganizations, and legal disputes.
