Leal Andreoli Advogados has as founding partner Roberta Andreoli, legal director of an association focused on the defense of aero-medical operations and built a career in respected firms

With 12 years of experience in the Brazilian Aeronautical Law, the lawyer Roberta F. Leal Andreoli (pictured) takes a new step in her career and announces the opening of the office ‘Leal Andreoli Advogados’, specialized in aviation, airport infrastructure and regulatory law.

The foundation of the office is the result of a market opportunity and the consolidation of the experience accumulated by the professional in years of specialized work, focused on personalized service to clients.

With one of the largest airline fleets in the world, Brazilian executive aviation is experiencing a heated moment. According to data from the Air Navigation Management Center (CGNA) of the Brazilian Air Force (FAB), compiled by the Brazilian General Aviation Association (ABAG), landings and takeoffs in the category grew 14.6% last September, compared to the same period in 2020.

Leal Andreoli Advogados will work in the areas of Regulatory, governed by the guidelines of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) and the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA), among other authorities, drones and e-vtol, aircraft financing, contracts, aero-medical transport, administrative litigation and related practices.

In her career, Roberta F. Leal Andreoli integrated the team specialized in aviation at the full-service law firm Mattos Filho, among other firms, and was a partner at Fenelon Advogados. In addition, she is the legal director of the Brazilian Aeromedical Operations Association (ABOA) and a member of organizations such as the Aeronautical Law Commission of OAB-SP, the Brazilian Institute of Aeronautical Law (IBAER), and the Aeronautical Law Committee of ABAG.
