Leal Andreoli partner takes over as chair of OAB-SP special commission
Leal Andreoli Advogados’ partner Roberta Fagundes Leal Andreoli (pictured) becamed the chairperson of the Special Committee on Aeronautical Law of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (OAB-SP).
The group aims to promote studies and the development of technical materials and to discuss the application of legislation and international matters related to aeronautical law, as well as to foster the knowledge and debate on issues involving aircraft financing, aeronautical regulatory law, airport concessions, aviation safety, rights of airmen and aviation workers, and other topics related to the aeronautical sector.
The Committee is also dedicated to promoting dialogue between the legal profession and the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the Department of Airspace Control (DECEA), and other bodies such as the Federal Revenue Service, Federal Police, Judiciary, among others.
Dedicated to Aeronautical Law for 13 years, Roberta is a founding partner of Leal Andreoli Advogados, specialized in Regulatory Law and Aeronautical Law, and has worked for other renowned law firms. She is the legal director of the Brazilian Association of Aeromedical Operations (ABOA).
