Lefosse act on a JV between Murilo Reggiani and Givieffe Group
Lefosse advised Murilo Reggiani on the established a joint venture with Givieffe Group, a well-known Italian company, to manufacture and sell hair coloring products in Brazil under the “It&ly Hair Fashion” brand.
This partnership aims to combine Murilo Reggiani’s deep understanding of the Brazilian market with Givieffe Group’s established reputation in the hair coloring industry.
The collaboration will see both parties leveraging their respective strengths. Murilo Reggiani will provide valuable insights and expertise about the local market, while Givieffe Group will bring its renowned brand and product quality to the table. This joint venture represents a significant milestone for It&ly Hair Fashion as it seeks to consolidate its presence in Brazil’s growing hair coloring market.
