Lefosse act on the AZ Quest Infra-Yield II FIP-IE issue
Lefosse acted as deal consel on the public offering for the distribution of 1,438,301 shares of the second issuance of AZ Quest Infra-Yield II Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 145,426,614.11.
The Fund’s portfolio is managed by AZ Quest Infra, Banco Daycoval is the fiduciary administrator of the Fund and BR Partners Mercados de Capitais acted as lead underwriter of the offering.
Lefosse advised AZ Quest Infra, as manager, Banco Daycoval, as fiduciary administrator, and BR Partners Mercados de Capitais, as lead underwriter and relied on partner André Mileski (pictured); associates Matheus Maiotto, André Barbin and Gustavo Rodrigues.
