Lefosse acts as deal counsel in debentures issue

Lefosse Advogados advised the issuer Martins Comércio e Serviços de Distribuição S.A and the lead underwriter Banco Itaú BBA S.A.

Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel in the second issue of debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, in a single series, for public distribution with restricted efforts by Martins Comércio e Serviços de Distribuição S.A., which had Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead underwriter.

The total amount of the issue was R$200,000,000.00, according to CVM 476.

The company is part of Sistema Martins, which offers complete solutions for the Brazilian retail market.
