Lefosse acts on AZ Quest Renda Mais Infra-Yield VI FIP-IE offering
Lefosse advised AZ Quest Infra in the structuring and public offering for the distribution of 3,073,906 shares of the first issuance of AZ Quest Renda Mais Infra-Yield VI Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura Responsabilidade Limitada, with a price per share of BRL 100.00, totaling BRL 307,390,600.00.
The offering was conducted by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, acting as lead underwriter, and had the participation of 4,448 investors.
The fund is managed by AZ Quest, a leading Brazilian alternatives investment management company, and is focused on investing in securities issued by Brazilian target companies which develop infrastructure projects.
