Lefosse advise on debentures issuance of Eurofarma
Lefosse acted as deal counsel advising UBS Brasil and Eurofarma Laboratórios on its 6th issuance of nonconvertible debentures, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 500 million, for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160.
Lefosse also advised Banco Itaú BBA, Banco Santander (Brasil) and Eurofarma Laboratórios on its 7th issuance of debentures, in a single series, in the total amount of BRL 3 billion, for public distribution, pursuant to CVM 160, as amend.
In both transactions Lefosse relied on partner Ricardo Prado (pictured); counsel Pedro Cruciol; associate Clarice Aiub and Giovanna Furtado.
