Lefosse advised Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário – FII Ancar IC on the acquisition of 10% of Shopping Jardim Sul, owned by Hedge Brasil Shopping Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário.
The transaction was concluded with the payment of BRL 63 millions.
