Lefosse Advogados advised Alfa Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários S.A., as lead underwriter, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and IBI Brasil Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. in the 5th (Fifth) issuance of non-convertible debentures, in a single series, in the total amount of R$ 260 million for public offering, with restricted sales efforts, according to rule 476 of the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM).
