Lefosse advises Banco Itaú in Best Center’s debentures issue

Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A. in the 3rd debentures issue of Best Center Empreendimentos e Participações S.A

Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter, in the 3rd issue of non-convertible debentures, in a single series, of Best Center Empreendimentos e Participações S.A.. The total amount of the issue was R$ 310.000.000. 00, for public offering, with restricted sales efforts, according to CVM 476.

The net proceeds raised by the company will be used to finance the acquisition of Altsa Property Gestão de Ativos S.A as well as its capital increase.

The debentures will be guaranteed by São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A.

Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and relied on partner Bruno Massis (pictured) and associates Pedro Cruciol, Livia Fogaça, Carla Ribeiro and legal assistant Giovanna Furtado.
