Lefosse advises Banco Votorantin and Moura Dubeux on CRI issuance

Lefosse Advogados has acted as advisor to Banco Votorantim S.A. (Lead Underwriter) and Moura Dubeux Engenharia S.A., on the public offering, with restricted efforts, of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) of True Securitizadora S.A.

Lefosse Advogados acted as counsel to Banco Votorantim S.A. (Lead Underwriter) and Moura Dubeux Engenharia S.A. (MDB), in the public offering, with restricted sales efforts, of the 353rd Series of the 1st Issue of Certificates of Real Estate Receivables (CRI) of True Securitizadora S.A.

The CRI are backed by real estate credit rights arising from the private issue of simple, non-convertible, unsecured debentures, in a single series, by MDB.

The entire net proceeds from the Offering will be used by MDB, directly or through its subsidiaries, for the acquisition, construction, expansion, development and renovation of certain real estate and/or real estate projects.

Operating for over 30 years in the luxury and high-end construction segment, MDB is the largest real estate developer in the Northeast region, being the market leader in the cities of Recife, Fortaleza and Natal, and a major player in the city of Salvador – according to a 2018 UBS survey.
