Lefosse advises Banco VW on BRL750 mi financial notes issue

Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Volkswagen S.A. on its 9th issue of financial notes amounting to BRL 750 million

Banco VW’s 9th issue of financial notes in the total amount of R$ 750,000,000.00 had Banco Itaú BBA S.A. as lead and Banco Votorantim S.A. as bookrunners of the offering.

The net proceeds raised by Banco VW through the Issue will be used by Banco VW for general corporate purposes, in particular to fund Banco VW’s loan portfolio and/or to support Banco VW’s cash flow.
