Lefosse advises Bridge One in the structuring of venture capital fund
Lefosse Advogados assisted Bridge One Consultoria in the structuring of Bridge One Tech I Fundo de Investimento em Participações – Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior
The project involved consultancy for structuring and regulation, fund raising and negotiation of the Fund’s documents. The Fund is managed and administered by Paraty Capital, and Bridge One is an investment advisor.
The Fund had its first closing in April and is expected to receive R$200 million in commitments within the next two months. The Fund’s investments will be focused on B2B companies, primarily in the software and market domains.
