Lefosse advises BTG Pactual Holding and Banco Itaú BBA on debentures issue

Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter and BTG Pactual Holding S.A. as issuer

Lefosse Advogados advised Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter, and BTG Pactual Holding S.A. on the 2nd issue of non-convertible debentures in a single series.

The public offering, with restricted sales efforts, according to CVM 476 had a total value of R$ 150 million.

All the net funds raised through the debenture offering will be used for the ordinary management of the company’s business.
