Lefosse advises BTG Pactual on infrastructure fund offering

Lefosse acted as legal counsel to BTG Pactual Asset Management, BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros and Banco BTG Pactual on the structuring and incorporation of the BTG Pactual Coinvestimento Crédito II Fundo de Investimento em Participações em Infraestrutura Responsabilidade Limitada, as well as in the public offering for the distribution of 2.5 million shares in its first issuance, priced at BRL 100 per share, totaling BRL 250 million.

BTG Pactual Asset Management is the fund manager, while BTG Pactual Serviços Financeiros acted as fiduciary administrator and lead distributor of the shares. Banco BTG Pactual served as placement agent.
