Lefosse advises Lightrock on investment in Combio Energia
Lefosse advised Lightrock Gestora de Recursos on investment in Combio Energia.
The investment represented a stake of 15,51% in Combio’s corporate capital. The transaction was made via two investment vehicles of Ligthrock and included primary and secondary tranches.
This investment round had investment vehicles managed by SPX Private Equity Gestão de Recursos as a coinvestors which also acquired 15,51% of Combio’s corporate capital.
The transaction value was confidential.
