Lefosse Advogados acted as legal advisor to Magazine Luiza S.A. that signed an Assignment Agreement of 5 stores of UDBRAX Distribuidora de Utilidades do Lar Ltda
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Magazine Luiza S.A. that entered into an Assignment Agreement of 5 stores, all located in the State of Rio de Janeiro and owned by UDBRAX Distribuidora de Utilidades do Lar Ltda. (known as the trade name “Giro Lar e Lazer”), which did not include the assignment of the shares and customer base of such commercial outlets.
The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions.
