Lefosse advises Mills on R$80 million acquisition of SK Rental

Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia S.A in connection with the acquisition of SK Rental Locação de Equipamentos Ltda

Mills Estrutura e Serviços de Engenharia entered into an agreement worth R$80 million to acquire from the sellers SKC and SK Rental Internacional the entire capital stock of SK Rental Locação de Equipamentos.

The transaction included the implementation of a corporate reorganization involving the Company.

Mills operates in the equipment rental industry for the execution of highly complex constructions. With 68 years of history, Mills is present in over 30 locations in Brazil offering specialized engineering services, creative and unique solutions for large infrastructure projects in a wide range of industries.

SK Rental was founded in 2010 and has a strong presence in the southern region of the country, with a solid portfolio of clients in its area of operation, a fleet of over 300 equipment and, despite all this, certification in management, quality and health and safety systems. SK Rental is frequently pointed out and recognized as one of the main and most respected companies in the aerial work platform rental industry in Brazil.
