Lefosse Advogados acted as legal advisor to Nova Milano Investimentos Ltda. in the acquisition of shares of Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A.

pjimage 2021 10 20T151744.039Lefosse Advogados advised Nova Milano Investimentos Ltda., an investment fund manager, in connection with the acquisition, through an investment fund managed by Nova Milano, of common shares representing 6.5% of the total number of common shares issued by Melnick Desenvolvimento Imobiliário S.A., a publicly traded company operating in the real estate industry.
