Lefosse counsels Ocean Wilson on majority acquisition of Wilson Sons

Lefosse, in conjunction with Slaughter and May, has counselled Ocean Wilson on the structuring of an acquisition of a majority stake in Wilson Sons by Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC).

This transaction, initiated on 17 September and signed on 21 October, was valued at $4,300,000,000.00 Brazilian reals.

Slaughter and May relied on partner Dominic Robertson.

Lefosse’s team consisted of partners Ricardo Bolan (pictured left) and Jana Araujo (pictured right), and counsel Alexandre Barbosa.
